Another workout for the AM vs. PM Throwdown 2015

As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

5 burpees

10 box jumps 20” (step-ups are allowed, l & r = 1 box jump)

15 abmat sit-ups

15-12-9 reps for time of:
135-lb. thrusters
45-lb. weighted pull-ups
