Workout of the Day:
30 minute AMRAP with a partner
800m Run w/Med Ball
60 Wall balls (20/14 lbs)
4 Rope Climbs (mod is 3 climbs starting lying on back, pulling up to standing)
30 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25 lbs plate)
60 Double Unders/180 singles
*One person working at a time except on the run. On the run partners can alternate carrying the med ball as often as they like. Once they return from run, the non working partner must hold the med ball the entire time however he/she likes, but it can never touch the ground except when its being used for wall balls. Partners can split the reps between each other however they like.
