 Do you have a friend or family member who is dying to try CrossFit but needs a little push? We are excited to announce that we are hosting Bring-A-Friend classes every Saturday morning at 9am.  These classes won’t be capped and you are welcome to bring as many friends to the class as you like. The WODs during this time are scalable/doable for all levels.

Our community grows everyday and it is all of you and your immense contributions that make it something special. We hope that your friends will walk away with a better understanding of what it is that you do every day and a tangible experience of what makes SRC something special.
