Wall Balls x 10

Hip Mobility and then warm up to Back Squat weight

20 Rep Back Squat increasing 5lbs from your last  successful 20 reps
WOD
8 x 200m sprints, your rest is walking back to the start line.

Saturday 1 pm class is canceled! Starting this weekend we are bringing back 7 am class on Saturday! No more 1 pm class. New class times are 7,9,&11 am for the summer months. We will have open gym every Saturday from 12-4 pm.

We will be open for 1 class only at 9 am on Memorial Day Monday, May 27.
