TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR THE GREENVILLE GAMES! All of the workouts have been posted to the GG facebook page. We want to bring a HUGE crew! This event is for ALL Levels!!

The new class schedule begins today! Please pre register for class so we know you’re coming! As we grow we will continue to add more class times and more coaches. Continue giving us feedback and we will do what we can to make your CrossFit experience the best in the upstate! We appreciate the recent comments and emails that have helped us to tailor this new schedule. Expect a few small changes in the next couple of weeks. We are working towards scheduling all kids classes during adult class times. Keep an eye on the blog for the next updates. Reminder! Kids MUST be pre-registered for class at least¬†1 hour¬†before class begins. If no one is registered 1 hour before class, class will be canceled. THANKS!
