Q: What is your favorite aspect about being a CrossFit Coach?
Building relationships with the wonderful people in our community, and seeing huge transformations in people physically as well as mentally. CrossFit is a process, and little improvements on a daily basis translate into lasting life changes that impact, not only the people who come, but also the next generation.
Q: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to a new member, or someone thinking about joining?
Consistency is key, and form is essential. Remember the little victories, and only compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.
Q: What are your favorite activities outside of the conventional fitness world?
I love going to the beach, hiking, shooting, cooking, reading, taking road trips, and spending time with my fiance.
