When did you start CrossFitting?
June 6, 2013.
Why did you start?
The emphasis on technique really drew me to CrossFit. I knew that if I learned how to perform the movements and lifts correctly, I would see greater gains and decrease my chance of injury.
What were your thoughts after the first workout?
I might die…

What are your interests outside of CrossFit?
I love going to the beach, hiking, shooting, cooking, reading, and taking road trips.
What advice would you give someone just starting CrossFit at SRC?
Don’t let your bad days define you. Remember the small victories and stay consistent.
What is one thing we might not already know about you?
I grew up in California and I’ve never been surfing.
