When did you start CrossFitting?

April 2013.

Why did you start?

I started CrossFit because I wanted to start gaining some muscle and toning. I have never stuck with a workout program in the past and figured it was worth a shot.

What were your thoughts after the first workout?

I am so weak!

What is your favorite WOD?

I like any WOD with running in the mix.

Least Favorite WOD?

Anything with rowing!

Thruster

Over head squat

What are your interests outside of CrossFit?

Animals, music, traveling.

What advice would you give someone just starting CrossFit at SRC?

Keep going! You will be amazed at the things your body will learn to do and how quickly you will become stronger. At the end of every class I still think to myself: I cannot believe I just did that!

What is one thing we might not already know about you?

I have played guitar since I was ten. I’m definitely out of practice though. No concerts from me!
