Q: What is your favorite aspect about being a CrossFit Coach?

A: I love to teach people to be the best athletes and people they can be. I am relentless when it comes to improving my coaching and your performance.

Q: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to a new member, or someone thinking about joining?

A: While it may seem intimidating, the training is accessible to anyone at any level of fitness. Great coaches will keep you safe and healthy while you conquer goal after goal in both your gym and personal lives.

What are your favorite activities outside of the conventional fitness world?

A: Powerlifting, learning, and loving my wife.
