Why did you start?
Bored with normal routine and friends spoke highly of their CrossFit workouts.
What were your thoughts after the first workout?
This isn’t so bad… Come to find out, it was just a scaled back 8-minute intro workout.
What is your favorite WOD?
Anything with lots of running.
Least Favorite WOD?
Anything with Thrusters or Snatches.

Eating, Cycling, Swimming, Traveling
What advice would you give someone just starting CrossFit at SRC?
You’ll be less sore after making it through the first two weeks. It’s addicting; you’ll want to keep coming back.
What is one thing we might not already know about you?
I probably have the best body of anyone who works out at SRC, but I keep my shirt on to avoid embarrassing anyone else.
