SRCF Fundamentals is a required series which most often consists of 10 personal training sessions which teaches the basics of CrossFit in a friendly and safe environment. We offer these classes in a 1-on-1 format to give you the most in depth preparation for CrossFit training possible in a convenient format that you can schedule to fit into your busy life. This is your chance to do 10 sessions that revolve completely around you. Our fitness pros will teach you to safely perform the skills and movements that you will use in your CrossFit classes. We will individualize your workouts, modifying them to fit your personal fitness level.
Each of these personal coaching sessions will include a guided warm up and mobility plan tailored to your individual needs and/or limitations. You will receive hands on coaching on 1-3 similar exercises followed by an 8-12 minute high intensity workout to practice your newly acquired movement skills. We’ll round out each session with education on nutrition, goal setting, sleep, hydration, and supplements to help you become a complete athlete. When you sign up, you will also receive our 17 page Fundamentals Manual!
Most importantly to us, these personal training sessions allow our coaches to get to know you, see how you move, and get a better understanding of your goals, strengths, and weaknesses. The more we know about you, the more we can help you reach your goals! Your coach will suggest the Fundamentals package you should choose based on your current level of fitness and experience with the varied and challenging exercises we employ to get you in the best shape of your life.
