CrossFit Fundamentals at SRCF
Each of these personal coaching sessions will include a coach led warm up and mobility plan tailored to your individual needs and/or limitations. You will receive hands on coaching on 1-3 similar exercises followed by an 8-12 minute high intensity workout to practice your newly acquired movement skills. We’ll round out each session by teaching you all about nutrition, goal setting, sleep, hydration, and supplements to help you become a complete athlete. When you sign up, you will also receive our 17 page Fundamentals Manual!
Most importantly, these personal training sessions allow our coaches to get to know you, see how you move, and get a better understanding of your goals, strengths, and weaknesses. The more we know about you, the more we can help you reach your goals!
Your coach will suggest the Fundamentals package you should choose based on your current level of fitness and experience with the varied and challenging exercises we employ to get you in the best shape of your life.
