SRCF Fundamentals is an introduction course to CrossFit that runs 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks. In these 6 required classes our coaches will give you a solid breakdown of the skills and movements that you will use in our Fitness/Performance classes. You will learn how to safely perform the Olympic and Power Lifts, and you will be given the opportunity to learn more about scaling the workouts to your level. Whether you are a highly skilled athlete or very deconditioned, we have a place for you at Swamp Rabbit CrossFit.
Each of these 6 classes will include a group warm up, mobility, an explanation and hands on practice of 1-3 movements, an 8-10 minute workout and education on nutrition, goal setting, sleep, hydration and supplements.
These classes most importantly allow our coaches to get to know you, see how you move and get a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses and goals. The more we know about you, the more we can help you reach your goals.
Fundamentals is required before attending any Fitness/Performance classes. The fundamentals course runs in 2 week cycles. Fundamentals Sessions 1-6 must be completed in order, starting with Session 1. Call us to sign up for the next course available on the calendar below!

Please join us anytime to observe a scheduled class, or better yet, try your first class for free! We offer a first class absolutely free on Sundays at 1 or 3 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first class so we can help you feel comfortable around the facility.
