We’ve streamlined the process for new members:

1. Your First Class Is Free

Come to your free first class on any Sunday to take the first step in discovering whether Swamp Rabbit CrossFit is right for you. If the thought of jumping right in makes you a little nervous, you can schedule free a 1-on-1 personal consultation, either at the gym or offsite to learn more about CrossFit and if we’re right for you.

You don’t need to “get in shape” to attend a free intro class! We created this class with you in mind. It is designed to be a fun get to know us experience that is accessible to all fitness levels. You can create a profile here, then simply show up to any Sunday class at 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. You do not need to pay ahead of time or worry about registering for class online. Just arrive 10 minutes before class begins and the front desk staff will sign you in, give you a tour and introduce you to your coach. We have full locker-rooms, showers, and towel service for your convenience.

2. Complete Fundamentals
SRCF Fundamentals is a series of personal training sessions which teaches the basics of CrossFit in a friendly and safe environment. Our fitness pros will teach you how to safely perform the skills and movements that you will use in our CrossFit classes. We will coach you on how to scale or modify workouts to fit you as an individual. Whether you are a highly skilled athlete or very deconditioned, we have a place for you at Swamp Rabbit CrossFit.

Each of the personal training sessions will include a coach led warm up, mobility, hands on learning and practice of a handful of similar  movements, a short workout to practice what you learned, and life changing education on nutrition, goal setting, sleep, hydration, and supplements. When you sign up, you will also receive our 17 page Fundamentals Manual via email as a reference. Each session will be attended by at least 1 coach, and often a 2nd apprentice coach.

These classes allow our coaches to get to know you, see how you move and get a better understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, and goals. The more we know about you, the more we can help you reach your goals!

Fundamentals is required before attending any CrossFit classes. Call or email to register for your first Fundamentals personal training session.

3. CrossFit Group Classes
Once you have completed Fundamentals you have the option of graduating to group classes. Take a look at our rates page. Our coaches and front desk staff are happy to help you decide which option might be best for you.

4. Hit the WOD
After the completion of fundamentals you will have full access to all classes and open gym.

If you are transplanting from another CrossFit affiliate, and have completed a comparable level of CrossFit-specific training please email us to let us know about your background, or come in to speak with our front desk.
