Q: What is your favorite aspect about being a CrossFit Coach?
Helping others reach their fitness goals along with discovering their full potential as an athlete. It’s great to see people be able to push themselves further than they ever imagined.
Q: What’s the best piece of advice you could give to a new member, or someone thinking about joining?
Never get discouraged, the only person you are competing against is yourself. Trust the program and listen to your coaches and you’re guaranteed to see improvements.
Q: What are your favorite activities outside of the conventional fitness world?
Mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, and outdoor activities.
