Accumulate as many points as possible in 25 minutes.

Movements:

10 KBS 53/35 = 5 points

10 Burpees = 2 points

10 Air Squats = 1 point

10 Abmat Sit Ups = 1 point

10 Pull Ups = 5 points

1 Muscle Up = 3 points

400m Weighted Run 15/10 = 10 points

Partner 1 runs while partner 2 accumulates as many points as possible and then switch.
