RUNNING SKILLS & DRILLS workshop with Stephen, TODAY at 9 am. If you haven’t done this workshop please attend! It’s important to us that all of our members have skills for running efficiency.  Sign up at the front desk when you arrive or pre register in mindbody. 90 minute class.

This workshop is for everyone! Whether you have marathon aspirations or you just want to learn how to make it through 400 meters in a WOD. Stephen will teach you proper run form which means less work and fewer running related injuries! Check out the below before and after photos of one of our past Skills and Drills Clinics.

We are happy to announce Ian will be assisting the 12:15 Saturday Olympic Lifting class regularly, allowing us to move the class cap to 16. You must preregister for this class. No more than 16 participants, please.
