MOVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE SERIES with Seth Oberst, DPT

While books and videos can be extremely helpful in self teaching mobility, maintenance and recovery, the amount of information available is often overwhelming. Let us guide you through exercises that work for you and help you toss the ones that are not offering change. You will walk away with a better understanding of mobility exercises that can be used in the future before and after class and day to day to maximize performance.
