Week 2 into our GHS Half training we held strong with 10 rabbits in tow. The weather was awesome for a strong 5 miler, and ya warm up quick once the feet get to movin’.
Fueling at this point is very important. Be they solid or liquid the choice is yours, but as these runs continue to increase your fueling should too.
Saturday January 24 we’ll go for 6….out and back on the SR Trail.
So come on and join us at 9AM, at the red mat to start. You do not have to be registered for the GHS half to join the run! Everyone is welcome!
