Q:When can I do the Open WOD with a judge?

A: Come to any class on Friday. We will partner up and count reps and ROM for each other! This Saturday, Feb 28 will will also be holding a time to complete 15.1 with a judge at 12 pm.

If you plan on doing an Open WOD during open gym you will need a certified judge to count reps and the workout will need to be filmed and submitted to [email protected]. Once the film is viewed we will validate the score that you have submitted to the Games site if no discrepancies are found.

Please use open gym space(front room and big room when there is no class). Do not plan to do Open workouts in the big room while a class is going on.

Athletes will have until Monday, 8p.m. of each week to perform the workout and submit their scores. There are no exceptions to this deadline.

*If you have completed the online Judge’s course please write your name down on the whiteboard.

Hang out Saturday after the 9:30 or  11 am WOD! The Chuck Truck is landing in our parking lot starting at 10:30am, selling burgers and fries. Grab a bite and a beer from the fridge and enjoy the folks doing 15.1 at noon, high five people  who are coming back from the GHS half(they’ll be running by 8:45-9:30 so yell out the back door!) and spectate some Olympic lifting. Make SRCF your Saturday hang out!
