Quality Over Quantity

How many times are we posting super fast scores, with super questionable movements?

 

 

1.

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
1:00 max double-unders ( every 5 du’s = 1 rep)
3 strict ring dips
3 thrusters 135/95
6 strict ring dips
6 thrusters
9 strict ring dips
9 thrusters 

Continue increasing each round by 3 reps until time is up. Score is total reps completed. 

 

Accessory work:

3 x 10 chin-ups

3 x 10-15 ghd sit-ups
