We are hosting the CrossRoads Adaptive Athlete course on Saturday. This is a closed seminar so there will be no access to the big room from 8:30 am-close. Please do not walk through the room during the course. We will have many visitors in the gym. Show some hospitality!

The 9:30 am and 11 am class will meet in the front room and class will be held outside after check if weather cooperates. The Olympic lifting class will be held in the front room during it’s regularly scheduled time.

Remember to join us Saturday night for 15.5! It will be a great opportunity to get the workout done with a great crowd!
