How to Take Care of Your Hands

“While calluses are a layer of protection and a testament to hard work, excessive calluses can be troublesome and lead to injury.”

Hand care made easy:
1. Wash your hands (just say no to chalk residue!) with lukewarm water and mild soap.
2. Pat your hands dry and apply moisturizer immediately.

Did you know? Moisturizer works best on damp skin, in order to trap moisture there. Just pat your skin dry and allow the moisturizer to soak in for a few minutes once applied.

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

20 wall balls 20/14
