4 Tips to staying Hydrated!
1) Morning Water: Start your morning off with big glass of water (yes, before your coffee)
2) Water on the GO: Drink water throughout the day, purchase a stainless steel water bottle with a wide mouth and refill it often.
3) Coconut Water Cocktail: If water isn’t cutting it, try coconut water. If you don’t like the taste of coconut water, mix it with regular water. This is an excellent way to replenish your electrolytes!
4) PEE: With the increased water consumption you will certainly notice more frequent trips to the restroom. Take these opportunities to check your pee color. Dark yellow means you are dehydrated and when your pee is light yellow or “clear” you are properly hydrated.
