Big Brothers Big Sisters has been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. We’re excited that he’s chosen to create a fun Rabbit Only event for his senior project. Come have some fun with friends, get some workouts in and grab a bite to eat.
There are no evening classes today. If you do not plan to participate feel free to come hang out, have a drink and cheer on friends!

This weekend we are hosting the CrossFit Weightlifting Seminar. All Saturday classes are still on except for Olympic Lifting(all of your coaches are attending the seminar).
All Sunday classes are still on except for the Kids’ class.
There will be no access to the big room for any reason during the seminar. The front room will be open for open gym during normal gym hours 7am-2pm and the outdoor space will be available for Open gym during non class times. We will do our best to make some barbells available in the from room, but the seminar will be using a majority of them. Please use the front door or the back double glass doors to enter and exit the building.
We’re excited to have Coach Mike Burgener and his team visiting us this weekend. Show some southern hospitality as they have traveled all the way from California to be here! We also have about 35 other seminar attendees visiting from boxes all over the country. We are happy to have so many people visiting Greenville and Swamp Rabbit CrossFit!
