*Take 20-lbs off your clean from #1. That will be your 5th set weight. Subtract 10-lbs for each additional set.
For example:
Squat clean = 245-lbs, from #1
1st- 185-lbs
2nd- 195-lbs
3rd- 205-lbs
4th-215-lbs
5th- 225-lbs

*Sub 20 burpee pull-ups for muscle-ups
