As many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
shoulder press
*each time you break, perform 50 double-unders
rest 4 minutes
As many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
hang power cleans
*each time you break, perform 30 air squats
We are holding an in house lifting competition tomorrow June 6 starting at 11 am. This meet has been specially created for our athletes. Let’s all come together and spend the afternoon pushing each other to have fun and move some weight! Singlets are not required, but are encouraged as you are prepping for official meets.
Mark your calendars for the 2nd annual AM/PM Throwdown, July 11 at 9:30AM! Can the PM crew hold onto their title?! Or will the Early Birds knock them off their throne?! (Trash talking very welcome.)
