500-meter row
400-meter run
*rest 3 minutes between rounds
After WOD, not for time:
400-meter walk while carrying a kb on your chest. If the weight drops below your chest stop and rest, continue where you left off.
*no 6:30pm class tonight. Open gym until 7 pm.
