AM/PM Throwdown Part Deux, this Saturday @0930!

Workouts:

WOD 1

Ground-to-Overhead – 8 minutes to accumulate as much weight as possible

Each Team will have a 45/65/95/135/155/185/205-lb barbell

WOD 2

As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:

5 burpees

10 box jumps (l & r = 1 for step ups)

15 abmat sit-ups

WOD 3

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

Wall-ball shots

Each team will a 8/10/14/20/25/30-lb ball

WOD 4

Row – 4 rowers set at 2,500-meters

Team must zero each rower out

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups
20 hip extensions
