Did you know we offer a Kids Class 7 days a week?! Classes are available to both member and non-member children ages 6-12. Kids do WODs just like the adults, and everything is scaled to their skill level. The kids classes teach proper movement techniques with an emphasis on fun and sportsmanship. Watch your child gain confidence and new skills as a member of SRC Kids! Check the schedule for class times and talk to a coach or anyone at the front desk for details.
