WOD
Box Jump x 40 (30/24)
Overhead Barbell Carry x 20  (95/65)
50 Wall Ball (20/14)

For this WOD we will use the field outside for our OHBC. Starting at the wall go down to pull up bars and back counts as two.
DO NOT DROP WEIGHTS OUTSIDE, GUIDE THEM TO THE GROUND.

CROSSFIT COURSES- There’s one for everyone!

Challenge Course – “not your average jog in the park”.

Run 3 loops on the 1- mile CrossFit Course with 3 exercise stations along the way.  You will perform the following exercises as you run each loop.

30 – Air Squats (butt to bucket)

30 – Push Ups

30 – Sit Ups

Total distance covered will be 3.1 miles.

 

Super Course

Leave the start line for 1 Loop (just over a mile)

Enter the Lifting Zone – 30 one-armed DB Snatches (varied weights in dumbells and kettlebells to accomodate athletes at THEIR OWN fitness level)

1 Loop (1 mile)

Enter the Lifting Zone – 30 one-armed DB Clean and Jerks (varied weights in dumbells and kettlebells to accomodate athletes at THEIR OWN fitness level)

1 Loop (just over a mile)

Bypass the Lifting Zone and zoom into the Finish Area

Total distance covered will be 3.1 miles.

Hero Division – “the Ultimate Challenge for the Ultimate Athlete…where money is won”.

Take the Super Course to its limit!  Each athlete will complete 3 loops around the CrossFit Course.  Exercise order from start is as follows:

Leave the start line for 1 Loop (just over a mile)

Enter the Lifting Zone to spend some time with Grace @ 95# for men and 65# for women

1 Loop (1 mile)

Enter the Lifting Zone to spend some time with Isabel @ 95# for men and 65# for women

1 Loop (1 mile)

Bypass the Lifting Zone and power to the Finish Area

Total distance covered will be 3.1 miles.

CASH PURSE

Hero Divison of the CrossFit Challenge …Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female will receive cash awards – 1st $50.00; 2nd $30.00; and 3rd $20.00.

AGE GROUPS AWARDS

Top 3 for both Males and Females in each division will receive an award. Awards ceremony will begin at 10:00.

Who wants to go to the beach!? We already have a few signed up for the I CAN Games in Hilton Head Father’s Day weekend. Start making teams to compete on Sunday or sign up as an indivdual and compete on sat. Or just come cheer and sip mojitos on the beach. Who’s In?!
