Friends help friends with mobility

It’s Bring a Buddy Day! If you are bringing a friend please have them create a username and password and agree to the online waiver before coming to class. They won’t be able to sign up for class, just create a profile. If your friend can’t do this ahead of time, please remind them to come at least 10 minutes early. Don’t let your friend get blocked!

Air Squats

Box Jumps

:20 work, :10 rest for 8 sets

Rest :60 between exercises

Score is lowest reps per :20 per exercise
