Today we are completing the Apex Games Baseline workout. The Apex Games will be September 21st at Fluor Field. Having your baseline will give you a better idea of which division you should register for and completing this workout will earn you a $10 registration coupon code. Please make sure that your name, time and email address gets on the baseline list today if you think you’ll have any interest in the event in September. Use this workout to see what to expect at the Apex Games.
The event will consist of 10 judged work stations, designed to measure strength and endurance. Each station will be followed by a run of approx. .20 miles inside Fluor Field.
The first station will be just inside the Field Street entrance, and all other stations will be positioned on the field. The event will include a Health and Fitness Expo, food and beverages making it a great event for spectators!
