BRING A FRIEND for their first time visit today!

Please have your friend create a username and password in mindbody before they arrive to save a little time at check in. 

WE WILL BE OPEN FOR 1 CLASS ONLY AT 9 AM ON JULY 4th!

We are happy to announce a new weekday class schedule beginning, Monday July 8! We are growing and so are class sizes. In an effort to slim down a few classes we are adding a new earlier morning class, adding an evening class and changing class times to start on the half hour, except for the noon class. Please email or give coaches and front desk staff feedback on this new schedule. It has been created using member feedback and also with your best interest in mind. Safe quality coaching with lots of personal attention is and always will be our first priority. As we grow we will be open to adding even more classes to the new schedule below.

Monday-Thursday

5:30 am

3:30 Kids Class

Friday- Same as above, except last class of the day is 5:30 pm
