Bring a friend for a fun free WOD. Please have your friend arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete a waiver or they can go to the schedule on the website and create a username and password.

Warm Up

(Run 200m btw rounds)

30 x OHWL (Pick your Plate)

20 x Med Ball Russian Twist (Pick your weight)

10 x Burpees

200m Run
