15 Min to find 1 RM Front Squat (to qualify for board must get coach to verify full ROM)

6 rounds for total reps of:
2 minute AMRAP of-
30 Double-Unders or DU attempts if scaling
ME C2B Pullups (15 rep cap)
ME Burpees
*Rest 1 minute.
