Performance WOD

Open Workout 14.1

MEN includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
55-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

MASTERS MEN – includes Masters Men 55+
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
65-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

MASTERS WOMEN – includes Masters Women 55+
30 double-unders
45-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

All of the Open Workouts will be programmed every Friday. Please try to complete them on Fridays when they are programmed. Open WODs must be completed by Sunday each week. If you are competing in the Open, your workout must be scored by either a certified judge or one of the coaches.  You can perform these workouts as many times as you want (only your best score counts), but we would recommend that you “game” these workouts as best as possible so that you only do them once or twice.   To enter your score, go to www.games.crossfit.com and there will be a link on the right side of the page to enter your score.  It won’t show up on the Leaderboard until it has been validated by us, so be patient!
