The First 90 Transformation Challenge is the best introductory experience to CrossFit in Greenville, SC. 

Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, or just feel better, we’re ready to help!

Upon entry to the program you’ll work 1 on 1 with your personal transformation coach to finally get the results you’ve wanted from gym memberships in the past. 

The first step is a Personal Movement Assessment to see exactly what needs to be addressed to help you move and feel better. We’ll do a Specific Goal Setting exercise to know exactly what’s important to you and how we can help you achieve your goals. Then we’ll provide the Personal Coaching Prescription you need to get you the results you want!

The second step is to work the plan to address your specific individual needs! You’ll receive a customized personal training plan that will ensure your confidence and competence. You’ll receive goal based nutrition guidance and 2-way communication with a professional coach.

Upon completion of the program, you’ll be ready to jump in to high energy, fun group workouts. You’ll have ongoing access to your professional coach. You’ll get access to our app to see weekly workouts and interact with friends.
