NEED A SATURDAY WITH FRIENDS!?

Join us for some fun team WODs today at noon today. Teams of 3 will tackle 1 or 2 Regionals Team Wods. Coed teams are allowed. First heat will begin at 1230. This is casual, scalable and just for fun. Don’t have a team of 3? No Prob! We’ll put people together or just come and hang out with us on a (probably rainy) Saturday afternoon! What else are you doing?!

Bring some food to share. We’ll provide beer. You don’t have to participate in any WODs to attend. Just come hang out. We’ll be streaming the South East Regional WODs while we hang out.
