No Sweat Intro

Book a No Sweat Intro with a coach to take the first step on your fitness journey. In your phone or in person consultation, our team will find out what your goals are and prescribe the best path to reach them. We’ll answer all of your questions about training at SRCF and guide you down the best path to getting started.

On Ramp Personal Training Program

You’ll start out with a Personal Movement Assessment, Specific Goal Setting, and a Personal Coaching Prescription to build your confidence and competence. After completing your intro program, you’ll have full access to our world class group fitness program!

CrossFit Classes

Our group classes will combine the training of the endurance athlete, the gymnast, the sprinter, and weightlifter into a well-rounded general fitness program. We will use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, and other equipment to get you the best workout of your life! Our pro coaches are ready to coach you at any level. You will train to be stronger and fitter than ever while doing fun and thoughtfully planned workouts with a welcoming group of members who will inspire and motivate you to new levels of fitness. You WILL do things you never though were possible while being coached through a safe and planned progression towards fitness mastery.

Personal Training

Personal training is for you if you want to work full time exclusively with a coach to address injuries, weaknesses, or to level up your group fitness practice. This is the fastest way to get exactly the results that matter to you! Your coach will plan a program to get you in shape that fits with your lifestyle and preferences.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

“You are what you eat.” At least that’s what we’ve all heard. Sorting out the truth from the noise is tough when it comes to nutrition. Work with a qualified coach to help you build healthy habits that will impact everything else you do in life.

Individual Programming

Work on your individual goals with programming from one of our pro coaches! Open gym is available all day long for you to address aches and pains, improve your skills, and tackle individual challenges.
