No Sweat Intro

Book a No Sweat Intro with a coach to take the first step on your fitness journey. In your phone or Zoom consultation, your pro coach will find out what your goals are and prescribe the best path to reach them. We’ll answer all of your questions about training at SRCF and guide you down the best path to getting started.

Personal Training

Personal training is for you if you want to work full time exclusively with a coach or supplement your CrossFit training with some one on one time. This is the fastest way to get exactly the results that matter to you! Your coach will plan a program to get you in shape that fits with your lifestyle and preferences.

40 Days to Fit

40 Days to Fit is the best introductory experience available for CrossFit training. You’ll start out with 4 one on one sessions to get you started on your fitness journey. Included is a 40 day Unlimited Membership to get you well on your way to being in the best shape of your life!

CrossFit Classes

CrossFit is for everyone! It is the best group fitness routine on the face of the planet! Our pro coaches are ready to coach you at any level. You will train to be stronger and fitter than ever while enjoying camaraderie with a welcoming group of members who will inspire and motivate you to new levels of fitness. You WILL do things you never though were possible while being coached through a safe and planned progression towards fitness mastery. Check out some recent workouts!

Sweat Classes

Sweat Classes are for all levels and do not require any previous CrossFit experience. These classes include detailed instruction on basic movements, a coach led group warm up, and a workout that will be appropriately scaled to your level. We built our Sweat classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience. If you need a challenge, our pro coaches will make sure you get it! If this is your first workout in awhile, we know how to take care of you too.
