Build to a 5RM Push press in 15min
10min AMRAP (3 person Tandem)
2 Dead lifts
3 Hang Power Clean
4 S2OH (shoulder to overhead)
200m Relay Run
Athletes will perform the barbell movements in tandem with player 1 completing all 9 barbell reps before player 2 can begin, and so on. The 200m portion will be performed relay-race style with team members tagging at the starting line.
