- STAGE 1: ASSESS - Discover history, needs, goals, movement patterns, ranges of motion, and skill level. Includes a Comprehensive Personal Movement Screen. (Revisit as needed.)
- STAGE 2: ACCLIMATE - Develop core confidence and competence while beginning corrective work. Learn and develop skill, begin to apply intensity, and learn to communicate with your coach.
- STAGE 3: ASCEND - Develop autonomy and enhance a foundation of a more resilient mind and body. Proper dosing of Personal Training, Individual Program Design, and Individualized Group Training to develop mastery.
- STAGE 4: RECLAIM - Apply learned skills to live a pain-free and active life!
