Free Intro Class

You could have the time of your life in one of our Sweat classes! Do you want to jump in with both feet? You can give Swamp Rabbit CrossFit a test drive any Tuesday at 6:30 am or 7:30 pm, Thursday at 6:30 am or 7:30 pm, Saturday at 9:00 am, or Sunday at 11:00 am, 1:30 or 3:00 pm. You’ll laugh, you’ll play, you’ll get an outstanding workout in with friends you didn’t even know you had. These classes include detailed instruction on basic movements, a coach led group warm up, and a workout that will be appropriately scaled to your level. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first class to give us some time to show you around the facility, introduce you to your new best friends, and help you to feel right at home.

Sweat classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we built our Sweat classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience. If you need a challenge, our pro coaches will make sure you get it! If this is your first workout in awhile, we know how to take care of you too.
