Cory Blane

Cory has been coaching CrossFit since 2017 with time spent outside of the gym working with the Olympic strength and conditioning staffs for the University of South Carolina and for Clemson University.

Cory began CrossFit back in 2012 as a means to supplement his training and preparation for sports in high school. He found a love for CrossFit in these early days of competition with the older members in the afternoons after finishing up soccer or football practice. Cory was so fond of CrossFit because of the never ending pursuit of perfection and mastery of movements coupled with endless competition experienced daily similar to the sports he played growing up.

Cory began coaching February of 2017 at his local box, Carolina CrossFit, in Columbia, SC and continued coaching there until making the move up to Greenville and joining the Swamp Rabbit CrossFit family in September of 2017.

Cory then went on to work with the Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning staff at Clemson University for the first semester of 2018 before moving back to Greenville to take a job in sales at a local company downtown.
